We are Aliki and Xander, an ordinary couple on a journey to nurture and expand our sexual space. We are writers, parents and, above all, passionate lovers. We refuse the premise that sex becomes boring and humdrum over time. In life what you give is what you get and this is all more the case with sex: just because it comes easy in the beginning, doesn’t mean it doesn’t need to be taken care of.

We are a sex-positive couple walking the talk, and we would like to inspire other couples and learn from them.

Couple of Secrets is a window into our sexual space, an authentic account of what the life of a sex-positive couple looks like. The world, it seems, misses authentic accounts of how a relationship doesn’t have to be either a pair of clandestine passionate lovers or two tired-out people sharing a mortgage and kids.

We cherish our privacy (and yours too!) and we are sure you understand why we don’t reveal the entirety of our common life. However, there is one promise we can make: everything we put on Couple of Secrets is authentic, depicted as it happened in real life.

Some years ago we tentatively started recounting our stories when we realized that many friends were interested to hear about our sexual experiences. Soon it became clear that what we considered our own ‘eccentricity’ was in fact shared by many people around us. In a world where sexual fulfillment is becoming a life goal, sexual exploration is getting more and more mainstream.

There is one main message that we want to pass on: the sexual life of a committed couple can be exciting, fulfilling and long-lasting.
